air brake

The air brake consists of an air compressor (commonly known as an air pump), at least two air reservoirs, a brake master cylinder, a quick release valve for the front wheel, and a relay valve for the rear wheel. It consists of four brake cylinders, four adjustment backs, four cams, eight brake shoes and four brake hubs.

Heavy-duty trucks use air brakes, while ordinary cars use oil brakes, so the car's brake master cylinder and brake cylinder are both hydraulic brake pumps. The brake cylinder (hydraulic brake pump) is an indispensable part of the braking system. When you step on the brake pedal during braking, the brake master cylinder sends brake fluid to each brake cylinder through the pipeline.
